Click on the ‘shop’ tab.
Click on the ‘category’ you wish to search.
Select ‘add to cart’ once for each item required. For items with colour variations click ‘select options’ or select the image of the product and enter the amount of each colour of item you would like to order.
To check the order or make amendments hover over the blue shopping bag in the header (upper right corner) and click ‘view cart’. If required delete mistakenly ordered items. To add further items click the ‘shop’ tab and continue creating the order.
Finally, check the order by selecting ‘view cart’ by hovering over the shopping bag in the upper right corner.
Click the button ‘proceed to checkout’ if you have checked the cart and would like to order the items in it.
Enter all required information on the checkout page. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the details and click ‘place order’.
You will receive an email confirming the order, order number and Rockmount Medical Solutions banking details. Deposit the payment for the order into our account referencing the order number.
Once funds are received the order will be processed and a tracking number for the package will be sent to you. You can monitor parcels by clicking track my item. You will receive an email confirming completion of the order.
